DuPont™ IntegraFlux™ SFD-2880XP
IntegraFlux™ SFD-2880XP Ultrafiltration Modules are an excellent choice for larger systems in which the exceptional permeability of the new XP fiber leads to extra productivity that can contribute substantially to system savings by reducing fittings, frame materials, operating trains, valve stacks, and overall system footprint. IntegraFlux SFD-2880XP Modules offer a high effective membrane area, which contributes to a more economical membrane system design. Containing XP fiber, with up to 35% higher permeability than previous generation modules, these modules improve operating efficiencies and productivity even further. IntegraFlux SFD-2880XP Modules are made from high-strength, PVDF hollow fiber membranes engineered to reduce design and fabrication requirements. The fibers have a 0.03-µm pore size for removal of bacteria, viruses, and particulates. IntegraFlux SFD-2880XP Modules have been tested and certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and under Standard 419 for Public Drinking Water Equipment (PDWE) for safe use in drinking water applications.

MemPulse® Rack Assemblies
MemPulse® Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) membrane filtration systems are made up of one or more MemPulse® Rack Assemblies (MemRACK™) nylon rack assemblies. These allow up to 24 MemPulse® MBR Membrane Filtration Modules to be assembled onto a single membrane filtration rack. One or more MemRACK™ assemblies are then installed in a membrane tank.
Multibore® Membranes
Our Multibore® membrane combines seven individual capillaries in a highly robust fiber. The capillaries have an internal diameter of 0.9 mm or 1.5 mm. The water to be treated is forced through the capillaries and disperses laterally through the pores of the membrane, which are just 20 nanometers in diameter. Suspended solids, viruses, germs and bacteria are retained inside the capillaries. Thanks to the honeycomb-style arrangement of the capillaries, the stability of the membrane is extremely high. In contrast to conventional single-fiber capillary membrane products – which are prone to sudden breakage – our Multibore® membrane is so stable and resilient that not a single fiber breakage has occurred since we put it into operation in the first ultrafiltration plants. Our technology is therefore the optimum choice for maximum operating reliability.
SFP-2660 and SFD-2660
SFP-2660 and SFD-2660 Modules are an ideal choice for systems with capacities of 50 m3/hr (220 gpm) or less. The shorter, 60-inch length module offers higher efficiencies over a wider range of feed water conditions compared to longer modules and also makes it an ideal choice for containerized system designs. The smaller, 6-inch diameter module allows a more compact design for space-constrained installations.
